Did a fair amount of research and ended up buying the screamer dual hook. Wife thought I was going crazy to buy such a thing. Once we got it, we both absolutely love it. The quality is superb. The customer service has also been great. Liked it so much, we bought several accessories to try other positions that you can’t do with the dual hook. Staff (on web chat) were very helpful and informative and as a result, we purchased the "Screamer Ultimate Kit " which includes not only the swing but also the sling.
- The package arrived promptly & discreetly packaged.
- The Webbing used is very high quality, high thread count, and is quite soft/supple as a result. Everything is very well stitched and certainly intended for long-term "heavy-duty" use. The padding is also quite nice & comfortable.
The hardware used (D Rings, Clips etc) are also very high quality and surpassed what I actually expected. As a hobbyist climber, this is the same level we would use on expeditions which I did not expect to be honest.
As far as what you can do and what this enables you to do, is all up to you & your partner's imagination and creativity. The biggest bonus is that it really helps eliminate certain strains & stresses that can reduce your enjoyment levels.

Can’t find any specific instructions on the swing itself anywhere as to how it’s supposed to be hooked up. Put it together from looking at pictures then realized the clamps on the straps couldn’t even support 60-70lbs before slipping, making the swing completely worthless. 11 months ago

Purchased the screamer dual hook as a surprise for my wife, and we’re loving it. It’s a little pricey, but it’s a “buy once, cry once” kind of thing, and you get what you pay for. It’s comfortable, yet very solid. We’re both on the bigger side, but I don’t have the slightest concern about any part of the swing failing. Haven’t had a chance to try out the squatting attachment yet, but I think it might be a little on the light side for heavier individuals. It would be nice to see a heavy duty option for the squatting attachment, with a little more lift. We might end up ordering a second set and double them up if one isn’t quite enough. Assembly was pretty straight forward. It takes some trial and error to get it set up, but you’re limited only by your creativity. As far as the purchasing experience, the shipping was fast, there was no extra duty etc, and it shipped in discreet packaging. Very highly recommend the product, and the site. Thank you. 1 year ago

I can’t really write a review of the swing itself, since I have not received it. It has been over two weeks and I have heard nothing from the company. Don’t worry though, you have your money. I checked and the amount was taken from my bank account, but still no swing. So as far as customer service, I would rate my experience as very sub par. I don’t know what core level is but my experience ordering from this company was poor. I ordered $30 worth of items and once I put in my credit card information the purchase went through without a review of final purchase screen. It wasn’t until I received the email receipt that I found out a $50 shipping fee was charged for a 2 business day delivery window. It is NOT at all comfortable. My wife and I both sat on it, fully clothed for about 30 seconds each and found it to be painfully uncomfortable. I reached out to them requesting info on how to return it and was advised that they NEVER accept returns or give refunds. The person I conversed with was Tiffany. She asked why I was dissatisfied and I told her it was painful and she told me that the pain factor was not relevant since people in the BDSM community enjoy pain. I pointed out that the ads said it was comfortable and said that comfort was subjective. Then asked if I ever “had a dick in me.” I asked how that was relevant and she said that I may not find it comfortable, but that she did.

The Screamer Sex Swing is well-made, versatile (positions only limited by our imagination!), and a great addition to our toy box. I appreciated their website with informative videos and information on swing installation. And I really appreciate the free head rest. SexSwing.com customer service, however, is the worst. Tried twice to place my order (once with Paypal and once with credit card) and it wouldn't process through their system, giving me nothing but an error message both times. I verified with my credit card company that it wasn't being held up by them for security/fraud reasons (I had to confirm that I really was trying to place the order for fraud protection, but beyond that they said it should be going through). I tried using Sexswing.com online chat feature 3 times (different times & different business days) - never connected to a representative. I called the phone number on their website at least a dozen times, different hours and days of the week and NEVER got an answer or anybody call me back to the messages I left on their voicemail. Then on Black Friday I saw that they were offering a sale so I tried placing my order again - to my surprise, it processed right through. Shipping was quick and discreet (plain cardboard box with non-descript return address). They have a good, informative website, and at least the products I ordered were good, just hope you never have to actually contact them for anything. 1 year ago

We have had a sex swing for about a year now and it’s very passionate to be able to touch all sides of each other’s body. This is the best advantage of swinging is gravity less love making. Plus the spring make very little noise which is nice for the being covert. We just ordered the headrest which is a must because her neck can get strained if held up too long. 1) found the website by chance, liked the video explanations and the apparent good product knowledge
2) ordered the 'screamer' sex swing, was delivered in 2 days from the US to Belgium
3) had an issue where UPS double charged the import taxes, Core Level fixed it in a couple of hours by refunding the tax immediately

Swing is super well made. Lots of fun in the bedroom. My wife's a big fan and moved the Valentine's day present, though we still haven't figured out the right excuse for the eyehooks in our ceiling lol.
If you're mounting on the ceiling I'd suggest 36 inches between mounting points, we went one more joist over around 48" and it's a little wider than needed. We just used two heavy duty eye hooks in the middle of two different ceiling joists, nothing to crazy. If you have a tall ceiling I suggest mounting first then if you need additional chain length you can get just what you need so you don't have excess chain rattling around. Only thing I wish they included was a suggestion of various arrangements and positions to try with the swing since I'm sure there's some more creative ways to use it that I'm not thinking of. 2 years ago

The swing itself is great. The carabiners that hold the swing at the top are definitely the weakest point! I am well under the weight limit and both carabiners stretched out immediately. An easy fix to go buy better carabiners, but definitely disappointed that I have to invest more money on top of what I already paid for the swing.
Edit to add: If in fact it had not happened twice, I would gladly revise my review! However, them not being screwed shut properly was my exact thought after the first one was stretched out. So we triple checked that they were all screwed shut properly before sitting in it the second time. All links were screwed completely shut, and it still happened.
